GST Updates: Companies are permitted to file GSTR-3B with EVC during the period from April 21, 2020 to June 30, 2020. NIL GSTR-3B can be filed via SMS now. Validity of E-way Bill generated on or before March 24, 2020 and was expiring during the period from March 20, 2020 to April 15, 2020 is now extended to May 31, 2020 Due Date for filing of Annual Return and Audit for FY 2018-19 is now extended to September 30, 2020. Corporate Debtor who were not in default of filing GST Returns prior to the appointment of IRP/RP not required to follow special procedure. Further, new registration can be obtained within 30 days of appointment of IRP/RP or by June 30, 2020 whichever is later.
